Thomas Bannach bragged he could defraud his co workers-

Thomas bannach would then tell other employee’s to “make it hard “ on you, and
when Roger cannady and associates was contacted –
his answer was “ Well I will accept your resignation” if you don’t like the way things are..
And When human Resources at thermotron was contacted—well they were “really bussy”
So Dick McKleny Thermotron National Sales Manager was contacted-- and the Field Service Engineer who was a co-worker of Joyce--
asked why thomas Bannach and his associates were spreading lies about her??
because Employee harrasment at thermotron was a covert -- management method
Dick McKendy appoligzed to her-- but she was wise to decided to quit-- realizing they did not want her there-
3 years later Thomas Bannach had Harry Grace-- brag to his co workers that -- Thomas Bannach intended to harrass her and drumb her out--
Yes at thermotron the ends justify the means
And because Thomas bannach liked to call his co-workers GAY behind their back—
he would make some snide comment about “their Character--
And oh is that what you are?? 
- even the last person to leave was Harry Grace—
when Dick McKinley the national sales manager was contacted –about Joyce Palmer
- and was informed that thomas bannach , and Bo Bjarno was lying and harassing her-
- he apologized -- but she quit any way-
- (wise woman that she was)
Over the next 2 years -- the support staff only lasted from 4 to 6 months—
and as Virgina Norris said-- Well if they are going to lible and slander you well –
- i Quitting also--
- Yes at thermotron-- being a lying pervert and slander is considered "normal"
Yes in Holland Michigan – being church going QUEER or a PERVERT is protected and is encouraged,

Having worked with Thomas bannach and knowing him and the family for 40 years . It's no surprise that David bannach discovered the verse Many are called but FEW are chosen. Prophets knew his time as a pastor in New York was short. And Keven bannach has the opportunity to work with Many sales guys from thermotron. And at the company call espec . Who's motto is . As Thomas Patterson said. Gee after you deceived the 1st 500 people it gets easer don't you want to go into management.? As Jesus said to saint Paul.

it amazing the curruption that followed bob wiley hireing thomas bannach at thermotron
hermotron — Hell– i met you there
the average amount of embezzling —started at about 10,000 thousand a year–
when thermotron management was asked about it– they said “no-body else asks that question”!!
Thomas Bannach after — disappearing — as the West coast manager lier swindler backstabber and slander–
It was normal– when the company “siloconiz ” sylloconix?? had bought a chamber from thermotron it was the ATS 100 –
and the customer found out that the ATS model 100 =– had it’s operating test results faked–
and the entire product line was suspended and again DOUG MAHN was the Go –to–guy to resolve this issue– thomas Bannach dissapeared — durning this problem and the unit was shipped back to thermotron–
but Bill Brown the syloconix technician — expressed an interest in working for thermotron– if the rep would train him–
This became possible — becasue Gregory V Johnson — was selling “real estate” on thermotron’s time and falsely willing out work reports–IMG_6056
Thomas Bannach was informed of this by Bo Bjarno– but didn’t care — because embezzling is normal
So when Dean Tripp– informed thomas Bannach that Bill Brown had an interest in thermotron–
Thomas bannach interviewed him– and libled and slandered Gregory V Johnsons ‘s co worker–
and disparaged him— yes this is thermotron management — by the numbers–
lying cheating stealing and defrauding and slandering is ok

well you are right
it is safe to say “only say good things”
as i don’t have very many good things to say about the different liers thieves and embzzlers and drunks and slanders i worked with..at thermotron ..
nownow as tom bannish bragged it’s ok to be currupt ..
he like most of the people who are evil there will be dead and go to hell..
good riddence.
as a matter of face do you know of any of the people from there who have good character?
i can count them on one hand
But as i have never worked with such a big determined gang of liers, slanders and theves, as with thermotron..
The Boeing project i got introduced to tenbrink and durham.. both liers and embezzlers, and drunks this is the first time management allowed people to be drunk on the job and falseafy their work hours.. (i think not)
but bob wiles was a lier and a drunk..
I was the exception and that is why Mr Pietz at boeing hired me 3 years later.. i am normal.. and reliable. He said that he likes to hire people who u don’t have to wonder what they are doing
John TenBrink was such a bad example of a Thermotron employee that he could’nt get them to hire him even as a custodian, janitor. That was during the time boeing had over 25,000 thousand employees.. and he found that he couldn’t find a decient job any where in kansas..
So finally he begged Bob Wiley (he was now a promotion guy)at sexton Espec inc. because “Old Bob is as smart as a fox) ya right.. if u believe that then we will sell your children out as Whores.
But after misleading mardy rich.. and defrauding him, John Tenbrink got to go into sales.. and sales in the chamber business is getting the customer drunk and pretending u are their friend.
from there he went to Environtronics, where Gary Molinar was just leaving.. as he said about john.. it dosen’t take much to fill out a “request for material” and his evualiation of Environtronics was that as a “spin off” company.. they took 2 steps and fell on their face..
I met Gary Molinar at Russles Technicial Products.. and at this company Don Bench hired people who needed to learn a trade.. and learn a job
But Gary said he was different .. He came there to Do a Job” not just learn a job
